Pro Accounts: Full End-to-End Branding

Those with custom domains and uploaded logos now get a fully rebranded experience.  Use your custom domain directly.  No more Password Pusher text or logo anywhere.

For teams that need to ensure that members have Two-Factor Authentication enabled on their accounts, 2FA status is now shown on the Account Overview page.

This feature was added after a user requested for a way to enforce 2FA for their team.  Thanks for the helpful request!
